Every year, about 40 excellent films are selected from hundreds of animations made by different college students in Taiwan through this contest. After that, these excellent films will be submitted to international animation festivals as a reward. If a film is officially nominated in the competition program, we will sponsor the students to take part in the festival. It enables the students to learn how an international festival works and also grants them with an opportunity to watch animations from different cultures. Moreover, the students are also encouraged to join the animation community by sharing animation ideas with foreign animators.
