We are pleased to be able to offer you a classic from last year again this year: The talks with the Filmmakers. Every day for about an hour we want to discuss current topics in the field of short film with you and our filmmakers. We want to give you the opportunity to ask our filmmakers who have come to Detmold questions, to connect with each other and perhaps develop new ideas or perspectives on and for short films together.

We are happy to welcome more than 50 filmmakers from all over the world at the ISFF. In addition to the panel discussions with filmmakers, we will also have our Dictors Night, where the filmmakers who have travelled to the festival will be available for a Q&A directly after their films. But there are also plenty of opportunities to get in touch with each other away from the stage.
