Dickie stands for the universal loser. Whether farmer or pirate, knight or astronaut, it always ends badly for him, to the great amusement of the beholder. We recognize our flaws and weaknesses in Dickie's character and, thanks to this knowledge, also feel empathy for this tragic figure.

While doing a lot of commercial work for agencies and animation studios, I have written and directed several short films. Mouse For Sale, my graduation fast, got picked by many international film festivals and received over a dozen prizes. Mia was my professional directional debut. My latest short, Panta Rhei, is a 2D production.
