Steve Dix is an English expatriate who lives in Cologne, Germany, and has taken German citizenship. He is active in the English-language comedy and improv scene, as well as being an artist and musician. He made his first film with a borrowed standard-8 camera in his bedroom in 1984. His first film, "All Tomorrow's Yesterdays" was popular at a number of film festivals, and is currently racking up considerable views on YouTube.
