Lea Haufler

Growing up in a suburb of Munich, Germany, Lea's favorite thing to do between coming home from school and bedtime was singing karaoke, playing guitar or creating self-made videos with friends in Windows Movie Maker. Lea moved to Freiburg to study media cultural studies and sociology. After her first practical film projects at university, she soon started working on various freelance projects. Within music videos and short film productions, Lea was able to live out her passion for film and music by holding the sound boom, driving around costumes, recording soundtracks and editing music videos. Since 2019, Lea is also active as a singer-songwriter, and released her first single of her indie-pop project "Felie" in June 2023, for which she also conceived and directed the accompanying music video. Meanwhile, Lea lives in Leipzig, Germany, and is doing her master's degree in Cultural Studies besides her artistic projects.
