Michael Edlinger, Chris Dohr

Michael Edlinger, born in Horn in 1991 and raised in Eggenburg, has been active in a variety of film and television productions since 2015, such as "The Cases of Gerti B.", "Two Against the Bank," "The Butcher Dares," or as one of the main characters in the multi-part ORF series "Everything Dark." He has also been in front of the camera in cinema productions such as "Pfau - Bin ich echt?", "Klammer - Chasing the Line," "Pulled Pork" and Josef Hader's last film "Andrea lässt sich scheiden." Since 2018 he has played detective Peter Lassmann in the ORF/ARD television series "Blind ermittelt." In addition to domestic productions, Michael Edlinger has also appeared in international films and series, including "The Regime" (HBO Britain), "Vasles de Vienne" (Belgium) and "Nartai" (Kazakhstan). In 2024, he premiered his first music short film "Zwa Kurven und a Kapön", for which he wrote the screenplay and directed together with Chris Dohr. He also plays the protagonist and was jointly responsible for the production. Chris Dohr was born in Voitsberg and has a Masters-Degree in Theatre- Film- and Media- sciences as well as in Film Production from the prestigeous Filmakademie Vienna. His productions has won so far more than 65 international and national Awards, including three times of winning the award of the austrian Filmindustry "Österreichischer Filmpreis". He is currently working as a producer on a true crime docuseries and several features.
