Tamsin Parker was born in New York City in 1993. She has a degree in Animation Production from Arts University Bournemouth and nine years of animation and filmmaking experience. She has had films in festivals such as Autism Uncut, Oska Bright and the San Diego Short Film Festival. She has also animated for a short video as a commission for the British Film Insitute.
