Vick Polok

Vick Polok was born in Kamen in 1996. Growing up with the influences of 2000s pop culture, she became active on the microblogging platform Tumblr as a teenager, where her passion for photography began. After high school, she moved to Cologne and studied social media management and film. During her semester abroad in Los Angeles, Polok gained extensive experience in filmmaking and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2019. Since then, she has worked as a freelance camerawoman for marketing, TV, and film production companies in Cologne and Berlin. She is particularly inspired by working on music videos and artistic short films. In 2022, she began studying cinematography/camera at the Film Academy Ludwigsburg.
