Die Historie Der Nähe

Austria / Experimental / 00:01:39 min

When two human bodies touch, a silent, unwritten "history of proximity" emerges - a dance in time, fleeting yet constant. Based on drawings by the artist Lisa Est and with the poetry of Herbert J. Wimmer, the film understands touches as evidence of a shared history, as a silent conversation between bodies that trigger a new history of togetherness (tactile historiogenesis).
