Born in Hildesheim, Germany, on 25 July 1988, Dominique Preusse studied directing at the Berlin Media Academy, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Ensav in Toulouse. Since then Dominique has worked for German and French television channels such as ARD, TV5 Monde and Arte. He also runs acting and directing workshops for young filmmakers. His films ours and Un Vrai Mec (A Proper Man) have been selected for various international festivals. Un Vrai Mec (A Proper Man) was awarded the Short Film Market Picks label by the international short film festival in Clermont-Ferrand.
